What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Why not just use an ordinary bulb?
First, it is important to know what white light really is. White is a combination of the primary colors red, green and blue. In the LED industry, companies use two methods to produce white light. These include mixing light from red, green and blue LEDs or by using a yellow phosphorous coating over a blue LED. The latter is a more efficient and higher quality solution for home lighting and is used by nearly every LED producer. This works because a large amount of yellow light stimulates both the green and red cones in our eye, tricking us into seeing white. This method is great for lighting, but provides too much green and yellow light while not providing any of the critical red light needed for plant growth.
The SpectrumGro set out to solve this problem by first focusing on the spectrum required for photosynthesis, then adjusting that spectrum until we got a high quality white light!
